据美国贸易代表办公室（USTR）消息，近日USTR发布通知：对中国的半导体相关产品征收301关税，初始附加关税税率为0%，自2027年6月23日起18个月内逐步提高税率，具体涉及的产品如下：
一、将受301条款约束的半导体产品HTS清单
- 关税清单计划生效时间：2027年6月23日。
- 加征标识码HTS：9903.91.05 附加关税将于2027年6月23日提高，美国贸易代表办公室将在该日期至少30天前发布联邦公报具体通知宣布增加的关税额度。
9903.91.05: 对中国半导体相关产品加征关税清单
经笔者中美关税查询系统发现，以下清单目前均在特朗普首任总统任期内对我国301关税清单内，目前加征的301关税均为25%。
