Mengjingchen Village Fresh Agricultural Products Workshop Common Prosperity Space Project (Gaocheng Town)
The project adopts the model of “Party Committee of Gaocheng Town, State-owned Platform Company Party Branch, Mengjingchen Village Party Branch Cooperative, and Farmers,” with profit distribution based on equity from the state-owned platform’s capital, land equity, and cooperative capital, ensuring a scientific allocation. The planned investment is 100 million RMB to build a 1,000-square-meter factory, including three production lines for grain processing, fruit and vegetable processing, and ready-to-eat vegetable production. Equipment purchases include one set for grain processing and auxiliary use (for stone-milled flour), one set for fruit and vegetable crisp processing (for deep-processing strawberries, mulberries, Agaricus blazei, dried carrots, etc.), and one production line for ready-to-eat vegetables. Upon completion, the project will promote the integrated development of culture, agriculture, and tourism, broaden the deep processing and sales channels for specialty agricultural products in Gaocheng Town and the county, increase village collective income by more than 200,000 RMB annually, and create jobs for 120 people. Mengjingchen Village will provide land resources and integrate idle local labor for construction. Cooperation modes include sole proprietorship, joint venture, partnership, and equity investment.
