In the first phase, 40 mu of land will be leveled to build a new 600m × 35m runway, a 30m × 20m hangar, and a 3,000m² apron. The second phase will involve leveling 20 mu of land to construct a smart parking lot (100m × 80m), a new entrance gate for the aviation camp, and a gatekeeper’s room; hardening, landscaping, and beautifying 100 meters of roads; building a new 20m × 30m steel-structured hangar with a height of 6 meters; constructing a 10m × 200m runway slope with an average thickness of 1 meter; installing new water, electricity, and drainage systems; and constructing a 2,500m² research and learning building. Additionally, a two-story folk cave dwelling with 21 rooms and 200m × 3.5m of hardened and landscaped roads will be built. A 100m × 80m non-powered amusement park and recreational facilities will be established. The planned site covers more than 20 mu, with 7.68 mu of usable fixed building area, designated for reception, accommodation, and dining areas (including a sunset restaurant, water bar, back kitchen, farm experience area, and children’s playground). The accommodation area will feature 20 stargazing rooms. An infinity pool, a 50-meter scenic creek, and five popular photo spots will also be created.
