Uray Biopharmaceutical Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in November 2018, with a registered capital of 1.4 million USD and is located in Pingshan District, Shenzhen. The company’s mission is to address climate and energy challenges by building a comprehensive hydrogen energy network, providing hydrogen production, magnesium-based solid-state hydrogen storage and transportation, hydrogen refueling station construction and operation, and hydrogen fuel cell vehicle operations. The project plans a total investment of 1.4 billion RMB to build four world-leading platforms: “new drug development platform, new drug R&D, innovative diagnostics, and intelligent laboratory,” including a global R&D center and production base jointly established with Imperial College London, aiming for regional leadership in oncology, diagnostics, and innovative drug development.
