The Third Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation is a professional institution for intellectual property and the commercialization of scientific achievements. It has been approved to establish the Technology Achievement Transformation Center, gathering over 200 industrialization projects to build a transformation base for aerospace technologies, and continuously promoting the commercialization and industrialization of aerospace achievements and technology transfer. The project plans a total investment of 3.5 billion RMB, covering about 300 mu, to be operated by a project company jointly established by Zhanyu Company and China Aviation Bengbu Base. It will focus on three industrial directions based on Zibo’s future industry development plan: commercial aerospace digital economy, new energy and new materials, and high-end aerospace equipment manufacturing—especially demonstration projects in new energy applications and related equipment. The project aims to add 5 billion RMB in industrial value, promote the clustering of aerospace talent, achievements, and industries, and, upon operation, all non-lab and non-pilot projects will meet or exceed Zibo’s investment, output, and tax requirements.
