This project covers 300 mu and is divided into three phases. Phase I uses 10,000 square meters of land with a total investment of 50 million RMB to build a nanopororous aerogel new materials R&D laboratory, testing center, laboratory building, and purchase room-temperature and high-temperature thermal conductivity instruments, related product performance testing equipment, and a fireproof coating testing platform, forming a complete R&D platform for nanopororous aerogel products. Phase II uses 30,000 square meters of land and involves a total investment of 300 million RMB to build a pilot production line with an annual output of 500 tons of nanopororous aerogel coating. Phase III will invest 1–2.5 billion RMB to build large-scale production facilities for aerogel and related products, with an annual output of over 30,000 tons. Upon completion, the project will generate significant tax revenue for Yima City, drive manufacturing industry upgrades, promote industrial clustering, and enhance R&D capabilities and competitiveness for small and medium enterprises. The project is currently in the preliminary approval stage, with mature technology ready for implementation; an investment of 300 million RMB is desired.
