Shandong Xianhe Electromechanical Company, formerly a restructured enterprise of Zikuang Group, mainly produces mining equipment, electromechanical automation equipment, electric steering systems, precision casting, instruments, and meters, with an annual output value of 300 million RMB and 700 employees. The project plans a total investment of 100 million RMB, covering 100 mu, and aims to develop a comprehensive elderly care and nursing facility integrating elderly care, nursing, medical treatment, and rehabilitation, in accordance with the national strategy for new and old growth driver transformation. Zichuan District has a population of 250,000, including 36,000 people over 60 years old. There is currently a lack of large-scale, high-standard integrated elderly care institutions, which cannot meet local demand. The development of elderly real estate and care centers will fully meet the needs of elderly people at different levels, with broad market prospects. The project is supported by a series of provincial, municipal, and district policies, including the "Provincial Government's Plan for Creating a National Demonstration Province for Integrated Medical and Elderly Care" (Lu Zheng Ban [2018] No. 28). The project will be managed by a professional elderly care institution. Cooperation methods include joint ventures, multi-party cooperation, and holding operations.
