The project mainly involves the construction of production units, storage and transportation, filling facilities, utilities, and auxiliary production facilities, with an annual capacity of 2,000 tons of silane. The process uses the trichlorosilane disproportionation method. The project covers about 30 mu, with a total construction area of approximately 16,000 square meters, and is preliminarily located in the east section of the chemical park of Yima Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone. Total investment is 230 million RMB, funded by the enterprise, for engineering construction and equipment procurement. Silane can be used to produce silicon-carbon anode materials for new energy batteries and in the semiconductor industry, with broad application prospects. Yima City provides suitable conditions: it has a D-level chemical park for the project, and a local enterprise is currently building a 2,000-ton-per-year silicon-carbon anode materials project, which is a downstream application for silane. Once the silane project is established in Yima, products can be produced and sold locally. The project is at the planning stage, and enterprises are sought for investment and construction.
