Pujiazhuang Village in Hongshan Town, Zichuan District, Zibo, is the birthplace of Pu Songling, the world-renowned master of the short story. The ancient village was designated as a Provincial Key Cultural Relic Protection Unit in 2006, and Pu Songling's Former Residence, a national-level key cultural relic, is located in the village center. Pujiazhuang, known for Pu Songling and his *Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio*, has preserved a relatively complete rural spatial structure and is suited for the development of modern cultural and commercial tourism. The project investment is 2–3 billion RMB, mainly for the restoration and protection of the ancient village, upgrading the Liaozhai Garden, and constructing an immersive cultural tourism complex in the surrounding area, all centered on Pujiazhuang. After completion and operation, projected revenue is about 100 million RMB in the second year, 250 million RMB in the third year, 350 million RMB in the fourth year, and 500 million RMB in the fifth year, reaching the first revenue peak. Pujiazhuang is a cultural landmark of Zichuan, and *Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio* is world-renowned. Leading cultural tourism groups have already initiated relevant projects in the area, providing strong support for the project’s launch.
