China (Nanchang) Traditional Chinese Medicine Sci-Tech Innovation City R&D Incubation Center
The project aims to create a composite, one-stop R&D platform, open public service facilities, a park-style research environment, and a high-standard, high-starting-point scientific research park. Currently, 8 factory buildings totaling approximately 153,700 m² are available. The park is equipped with a sewage treatment station, canteen, commercial facilities, underground parking, and other amenities. Parking facilities are fully prepared to quickly accommodate projects. The site covers about 107 mu (≈7.14 hectares), with a total floor area of approximately 234,000 m². The main construction includes 7 R&D buildings, 1 expert apartment, 1 canteen, 2 commercial facilities, 1 sewage treatment station, basements, and ancillary facilities, totaling 11 single buildings. The goal is to build a composite, one-stop R&D platform and open public service facilities. It will attract advanced technology, equipment, and management talent, providing over 500 jobs. The project will enhance the value of the traditional Chinese medicine industry chain, optimize its spatial layout, strengthen the "3+N" innovation R&D framework, expand industrial influence, and leverage functions such as technological innovation, talent aggregation, startup incubation, and industrial leadership.
