The project aims to create a versatile production hub for SMEs and external industrial investments, focusing on traditional Chinese medicine R&D, health products, and pharmaceuticals, aligning with industrial clustering trends. Currently, 10 buildings (100,000 m²) of factory/warehouse/office space and 15,000 m² of underground space are available, with 505 above-ground and 265 underground parking spots for quick occupancy. The site covers 241 mu (≈16.07 hectares), with 241,000 m² above-ground construction, including 5 standard factories, 2 R&D buildings, 1 dormitory/canteen, 4 warehouses, 1 equipment room, 1 elevated garage, 1 sewage treatment station, and basements/ancillary facilities. The innovation base has attracted companies like Beichen Pharma, Longping Dietary, and Kuangda Biotech, optimizing resource allocation. Over 200 jobs and 150 million yuan in annual revenue are expected.
