The Xihe Town People’s Government is located in the southeast of Zichuan District, Zibo City, with Provincial Highway Hunan Road running north-south, Boxing Road and Taixi Road running east-west, and the Linlin Expressway currently under construction with an interchange in Xihe. The town has been honored as the “Home of Classical Chinese Redwood Furniture,” a “National Ecological Town,” a “Shandong Province Environmentally Beautiful Town,” and one of the “Top Ten Ecological Towns in Zibo.” The project plans a total investment of 1 billion RMB, with a planned area of 1,000 mu, to build modern warehousing and logistics facilities. The development of a logistics park as the core of a modern logistics system will promote faster and better regional economic development, improve the investment environment, enhance the competitiveness of local businesses, and facilitate coordinated regional economic growth. Xihe benefits from convenient transportation, with multiple major roads and the under-construction expressway, and has about 1,000 mu of idle mining land available for a logistics park. Modes of cooperation include sole proprietorship and partnership.
