Primarily aimed at attracting TCM R&D institutions, clinical hospitals, government public service agencies and market intermediary service organizations to create internationally first-class, domestically leading TCM innovation center and government-oriented pharmaceutical professional service platform. Project commenced December 2018 and completed December 2021, having already attracted innovation platforms including Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences TCM Health Industry Research Institute and National Technology Innovation Center. Currently provides 4 factory buildings approximately 31,500 sqm. Park equipped with sewage treatment station, cafeteria, high-level talent service center, underground parking and other supporting facilities. Parking spaces complete, enabling rapid project onboarding. Project covers about 56 mu with total construction area approximately 84,000 sqm. Main construction includes Buildings 1-5 public R&D center, Buildings 6-10 public service center and related ancillary facilities, totaling 10 single structures. Provides broad pharmaceutical R&D platform space for enterprise cluster development and external investment projects, accelerating pace of scientific achievement transformation. Park's innovation platforms have cumulatively obtained 83 competitive national and provincial-level research projects with contract amounts exceeding 200 million yuan.
