The project adopts advanced production technology and equipment to produce 8,000 tons of ethyl acetate annually. The planned investment is 120 million yuan, funded by the enterprise, for engineering construction and equipment procurement. The project will occupy 30 mu (≈2 hectares) and includes production workshops, warehouses, office buildings, sewage treatment tanks, and emergency response pools. Equipment includes reaction kettles, esterification towers, distillation towers, centrifuges, steam generators, condensers, and auxiliary devices. The production process uses esterification: feeding (ethanol, acetic acid) → esterification (with acidic catalysts like sulfuric or phosphoric acid) → distillation → finished product. The product is applicable in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, paint, and coating industries. Yima City provides suitable conditions, including a Class D chemical industrial park to accommodate the project.
