The project mainly aims to revitalize the Yima Green City North China Logistics Hotel, located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Lianyin Road and Yingbin Avenue in Yima City, just 300 meters from the Yima highway exit. It covers 62 acres with a building area of 55,000 square meters and has five constructed buildings with over 300 guest rooms, banquet halls, and a complete parking lot. Water, electricity, and gas are all connected, and it can commence operations after renovation. Yima has been developing increasingly well in recent years, with a steady flow of merchants and citizens' urgent demand for high-quality hotels. Currently, there are no high-quality hotels in Yima, and surrounding hotels are of a lower standard. After revitalization, the project could meet the demand for high-end accommodations and business activities within a 100-kilometer radius, presenting a promising outlook. New investors are sought for construction, requiring an investment of approximately 100 million yuan.
