莱阳丁字湾清洁能源自主创新示范区位于莱阳丁字湾度假区，占地16.63平方公里，按照区域发展产业规划，以清洁能源基地目为契机，着力将能源优势转化为产业优势，实现“能源+产业”联动发展，重点围绕低碳、绿能等相关产业实施抢位行动，抢占绿能产业新赛道。“零碳产业园”主要以能源替代、碳消除为主，引入海水淡化、制氢、氢燃料电池等产业；“近零碳产业园”主要围绕“绿能”打造,引入氢动力汽车、电动卡车、碳纤维制造、核电装备等相关产业。依托两个产业园，大力发展新质生产力，打造智慧、绿色、高效的用户侧储能产研销基地，建设新型储能智慧运营示范基地，促进战略性新兴产业融合集群发展。
The Laiyang Dingzi Bay Clean Energy Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone is located in the Laiyang Dingzi Bay Resort, covering an area of 16.63 square kilometers. The "Zero Carbon Industrial Park" mainly focuses on energy substitution and carbon elimination, introducing industries such as seawater desalination, hydrogen production, and hydrogen fuel cells. The "Near Zero Carbon Industrial Park" is mainly built around "green energy", introducing related industries such as hydrogen-powered vehicles, electric trucks, carbon fiber manufacturing, and nuclear power equipment. Relying on these two industrial parks, we will vigorously develop new productive forces, build a smart, green, and efficient user-side energy storage production, research, and sales base, construct a new energy storage smart operation demonstration base, and promote the integrated cluster development of strategic emerging industries.
