I. Project Overview
The Jiangsu Energy Wulagai 2×1,000 MW Power Plant in Wulagai Administration Area, Xilin Gol League, is scheduled to commence operation soon. Upon reaching full production, the plant is expected to generate approximately 600,000 tons of fly ash annually, providing a stable supply of raw materials.
The project seeks to establish a comprehensive fly ash utilization initiative, inviting enterprises specializing in high value-added building materials such as:
Autoclaved aerated concrete blocks
Prefabricated housing modules
Ceramsite (lightweight aggregate)
Fly ash-based magnetized compound fertilizers
Anti-corrosion coatings
Supporting infrastructure outside of the enterprises’ facilities will be constructed by the Industrial Development Zone, within the planned circular comprehensive utilization area (Hezige Ula Industrial Development Zone, Land area: 125 hectares).
