I. Project Overview
Wagyu beef, renowned for its melting-in-the-mouth texture, tender juiciness, and marbled “snowflake” meat, is considered a top-tier culinary ingredient. In recent years, the global Wagyu industry has been expanding rapidly. With the anticipated growth in beef consumption in China, the market potential for high-end Wagyu beef—domestically and internationally—is enormous. Its superior taste and rich culinary culture have long been celebrated by food enthusiasts worldwide.
The project adopts an agricultural industrialization model integrating leading enterprises, cooperatives, breeding bases, and individual farmers. This model guides enterprises to develop a range of deep-processed Wagyu products and actively expand green meat processing capacity.

Office and living area: 2,600 m²
The project will establish one new slaughtering and processing production line, along with supporting facilities including feed factory, water supply, sewage treatment, drainage, heating, fire protection, roads, and landscaping.
