Based on prior research achievements, the project has originally developed a detection kit that combines immune capture and nucleic acid amplification for complete viral particles, fungi, and bacteria. This kit enables:
Culture-free, high-throughput, precise quantification, and cost-effective detection
Successful testing of 2,000 clinical samples
High sensitivity across a broad range: 10²–10⁷ copies/mL
Detection time: <2 hours
Serum sample volume: 5 μL (ultra-sensitive detection: 500 μL)
Coefficient of variation (CV): <5%
The kit, together with supporting instruments developed by the team, allows rapid and precise detection of infectious viral particles, pathogenic fungi, and bacteria, offering new tools for epidemic prevention and clinical treatment.
Supported by funding from the Chongqing Smart Laboratory & Digital Healthcare Technology Innovation Center, Chongqing Medical Innovation Ecosystem Seed Fund, and angel investment, the project effectively advances the entire process from R&D to industrialization, achieving seamless integration of technological innovation and clinical application.
