The project is located in the Lingdong District of Shuangyashan City, covering an area of 0.7 hectares, with a total investment of 53 million RMB. The project will primarily construct:
A production line for wear-resistant liners including cast machine beds, fixed molds, movable molds, clamping machines, and supporting equipment
A machining line for large mining machinery components
Associated supporting facilities
After reaching full production capacity, the project is expected to achieve:
Annual sales revenue: 46.5 million RMB
Annual tax contribution: 5.4368 million RMB
Annual profit: 8.4 million RMB
Construction period: 3 years
II. Project Advantages
Lingdong District hosts the only Steel Metallurgical Circular Industrial Park in eastern Heilongjiang and the "Four Coal Cities." With a planned area of 4 square kilometers, the park has already attracted a cluster of upstream and downstream enterprises, including Jianlong Mining, Steel Group, Jianlong Chemical, Jianlong Vanadium, Huadong Rubber, Xinsha Environmental Protection, and Longxiang Machinery. This has formed a rational industrial spatial layout with a relatively complete industrial chain.
