二、活动简介
中国-欧盟投资贸易科技合作洽谈会,简称“欧洽会”,最初由欧盟委员会引入中国,目前由中国国际商会和中国欧盟商会共同主办,自2002年创办至今已成功举办18届,累计吸引1.3万多家中欧企业参会,组织专业B2B对接洽谈29,390余场次,达成合作意向及协议3,360多项,是欧盟成员国参与最多、欧方企业参与最广、中欧交流规模最大的投资贸易和创新合作平台。
三、上届回顾
第十八届欧洽会于2025年11月19日至21日在成都市成功举办。大会设置“1+8+1”场活动内容,即1场开幕式及全体会议、8场分项活动、1场B2B配对洽谈。
中国贸促会副会长刘健男、成都市人民政府副市长陈志勇等出席并致辞,中国驻欧盟使团团长蔡润大使发表视频致辞。克罗地亚驻华大使、西班牙纳瓦拉自治区主席、瑞士达沃斯市副市长兼格劳宾登州州议会主席、中国欧盟商会西南分会主席兼全国副主席等一批高规格欧方嘉宾和一批中欧世界500强企业高管赴蓉参会。
大会注册观众人数超过1,000人,参会国别超过20个。来自16个国家的204家中外企业代表开展了257场次“一对一”配对洽谈,达成合作意向166项。
活动开幕后,全网发布超4,000篇新闻报道,新华社、央视新闻、四川新闻联播、意大利安莎社、西班牙埃菲社等中外主流媒体报道了欧洽会开幕盛况及经贸洽谈成果。外交部新闻发布会现场点赞欧洽会举办成果,称欧洽会是欧盟成员国参与最多、欧方企业参与最广、中欧交流规模最大的投资贸易和创新合作平台。

历届欧洽会均得到中欧双边政府的大力支持,每届欧洽会都有来自中欧双边政府机构、商协会、企业、智库、媒体等机构的众多高规格嘉宾线下参会。这里不仅有投资贸易及科技合作机遇的交流,更有官方的政策对话和权威解读。

围绕当前中欧双方交流合作重点领域,本届大会将围绕新能源、生物医药、农业食品、智能机器人、职业教育等议题设置专场交流活动,邀请中欧企业、主管部门、商协会、投融资机构、智库等进行务实高效的交流对接。

We are honored to invite you to participate in the 19th Europe-China Business and Technology Cooperation Fair (hereinafter referred to as the "Europe-China Fair"), jointly hosted by the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) and the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC), to be held in October 2026 in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. Details are as follows:
I. Basic Information
Name: The 19th Europe-China Business and Technology Cooperation Fair
Date: October 21-23, 2026

Theme: Dialogue and Cooperation for Shared Benefits and Prosperity
Scale: Over 1,000 participants on site.
II. Background
The Europe-China Fair was initially founded by the European Commission to promote trade, investment, and technology cooperation between enterprises from its member states and companies from China. It made its debut in Beijing in 2002 and has been held in Chengdu since the second session in 2006. To date, 18 sessions have been successfully organized, attracting over 13,000 Chinese and European enterprises in total, arranging more than 29,390 professional B2B matchmaking meetings, and facilitating over 3,360 cooperation intentions and agreements. It has grown into the largest platform for investment, trade, and innovation cooperation between China and Europe, featuring the highest participation from EU member states and the broadest engagement of European businesses.
III. Main Activities
The 19th Europe-China Fair is scheduled to include an opening ceremony & plenary session, Guest Country activities, a series of industry-themed exchange sessions (e.g., Clean Energy and Sustainability, biomedicine, agriculture & food, AI technology, vocational education, etc.), a "Linking Europe" session (promotions by European embassies / consulates / promotion agencies), B2B Matchmaking (including AI-powered online appointment and pre-matching services, as well as on-site one-on-one meetings), a serials of road shows and meetings, exhibitions, as well as visits to industrial parks and leading enterprises, etc.
The Fair is expected to attract over 1,000 participants on site, including government officials, renowned enterprises and SMEs, chambers of commerce and related associations, investment and financial institutions, think tanks, and media from both China and Europe.
IV. Review of the Previous Session
The 18th Europe-China Fair was successfully held from November 19 to 21, 2025, in Chengdu. The event featured a "1+8+1" format: 1 opening ceremony & plenary session, 8 parallel sessions, and 1 B2B matchmaking session.
The Fair was addressed by Mr. Liu Jiannan, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), Mr. Chen Zhiyong, Vice Mayor of Chengdu Municipal People's Government, and H.E. Ambassador Cai Run, Head of the Chinese Mission to the EU (via video). High-profile European guests included the Croatian Ambassador to China, the President of the Government of Navarra (Spain), the Vice Mayor of Davos and President of the Cantonal Parliament of Graubünden (Switzerland), and the Chairwoman of the EUCCC Southwest Chapter & National Vice President, alongside senior executives from European and Chinese Fortune Global 500 companies.
The event registered over 1,000 attendees, with participants from 19 European countries and more than 20 countries overall. Representatives from 204 Chinese and foreign enterprises from 16 countries conducted 257 "one-on-one" matchmaking meetings, resulting in 166 cooperation intentions.
Following its opening, the Fair generated over 4,000 news reports across various media platforms. Coverage was provided by prominent Chinese official media such as CCTV News and Sichuan News Network, as well as major European official outlets including Italy's ANSA and Spain's EFE. The press conference of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the Europe-China Fair as a cooperation platform that has attracted the most EU member states, the widest participation of European enterprises, and the largest scale for China-Europe exchanges in investment, trade, and innovation.
V. Highlights
(1) High-Level Event Gathering Distinguished Chinese and European Political and Business Representatives
Past sessions of the Europe-China Fair have received strong support from both Chinese and European governments. Each session gathers over 600 guests offline from government agencies, chambers of commerce, enterprises, think tanks, and media of both sides. The Fair offers not only opportunities for exchanges on investment, trade, and technology cooperation but also the release and interpretation of official policies.
(2) Focus on Key Industries to Enhance Effectiveness of Exchanges
Centering on current priority areas for China-EU exchanges and cooperation, this year's Fair will organize dedicated sessions on topics such as new energy, biomedicine, agriculture & food, intelligent robotics, and vocational education. It will invite Chinese and European enterprises, relevant authorities, chambers of commerce, investment and financial institutions, and think tanks for practical and efficient exchanges and matchmaking.
(3) Professional Matchmaking Services to Facilitate Targeted Connections
The 19th Europe-China Fair will continue to provide professional and efficient B2B matchmaking services for Chinese and European enterprises. Multiple channels will be utilized to conduct precise pre-event matching for registered companies and organize on-site negotiations, helping participating enterprises establish more effective connections and cooperation.
(4) Customized Promotion Services to Support Corporate Brand Expansion
The Fair will offer multi-level, comprehensive customized promotion and display services for outstanding Chinese and European companies. These may include brand exposure, on-site exhibitions, media interviews and coverage, as well as customized roadshows or releases, helping enterprises further promote their brands, enhance influence, and expand cooperation channels through the Europe-China Fair platform.
