《欧盟AI法案》于2024年8月1日生效并将于2025-2027分阶段实施，被普遍认为是全球首个全面的人工智能监管框架。《意大利AI法》于2025年10月10日生效，借此意大利成为欧盟首批建立与欧盟AI法案相协调的国家级AI监管框架的国家之一。
以上法案的实施会对进入欧盟和意大利的中企产生怎样的影响？有哪些问题需要提前加以防备、避免雷区？
本次讲座邀请意大利PRAXI咨询公司及 Morri Rossetti & Franzosi 律所中国业务负责人，对欧盟AI法案及其在意大利的监管框架进行解读，并结合AI相关发明在中国和欧洲的知识产权保护及挑战加以分析，深入浅出地应用具体案例解释法案应用场景。

The EU AI Act, which came into effect on August 1, 2024, and will be implemented in phases from 2025 to 2027, is widely considered the world's first comprehensive AI regulatory framework. The Italian AI Law, which came into effect on October 10, 2025, makes Italy one of the first EU countries to establish a national-level AI regulatory framework harmonized with the EU AI Act.
What impact will the implementation of these laws have on Chinese companies entering the EU and Italy? What issues need to be addressed in advance to avoid pitfalls?
This lecture invites the heads of the China practice of the Italian consulting firm PRAXI and the law firm Morri Rossetti & Franzosi to interpret the EU AI Act and its regulatory framework in Italy. The lecture will analyze the intellectual property protection and challenges of AI-related inventions in China and Europe, and will use concrete cases to explain the application scenarios of the laws in a clear and concise manner.
The lecture will be conducted in both Chinese and English, with the main content presented in English.
